Sky-Watcher Nikon Camera Adapter (M48)
The Sky-Watcher Nikon Camera Adapter was designed for attaching a Nikon DSLR camera to any of the Sky-Watcher 0.85x Focal Reducer/Correctors. Therefore, this adapter uses the M48 type of ring.
The M48 rings are used for larger format imaging cameras. These are different than the standard T-Thread and are not suitable for use on the Sky-Watcher Collapsible Dobsonian line of scopes. M48 rings are to be used on the Esprit and ProED series, when using the dedicated field correctors. This adapter then allows you to use the Nikon DSLR digital camera on your scope.
