This Kite Optics SP-82 Spotting Scope offers very high quality optics and mechanical construction to users who want a good scope at a more modest price point. This fine spotting scope is made by Kite Optics (Belgium). This SP-82 Spotting Scope from Kite is designed and built to the same high quality standards as other more costly spotting (field) scopes from Kite Optics, its manufacturer.

With the SP-82 Spotting Scope, Kite Optics offers a field scope for those who wish to own a quality spotting scope but at a lower price point than Kite's best. The SP 82 combines the high quality and good optical performance with lower cost. As with the current top scopes, this telescope uses the innovative 25-50x wide angle (WA) eyepiece. 

NOTE: This spotting scope requires the 25x-50x Wide Angle Eyepiece (this E.P. is sold separately) for operation!

This scope can also be used with the optional 20x to 60x Zoom eyepiece (sold separately) from Kite. As such, the specifications table below gives the correct values for optical parameters for each of these two eyepieces.
