Description

The iOptron carbon fiber tripod provides a lightweight yet strong support for many iOptron mounts or other mounts or equipment with a 3/8 mounting hole. It has a big max payload capacity of 110 pounds but weighs in at only 5 pounds.  The tripod will work with these iOptron mount models, but some may need extra mounting accessories:

  • HEM27
  • HEM44
  • CEM40
  • GEM45(may limit low latitude application)
  • CEM26
  • GEM28
  • HAE29
  • SkyHunter
  • SkyGuider Pro
  • iEQ30/iEQ30 Pro (may limit low latitude application)
  • Camera with 3/8 mounting hole
  • Other equipment with 3/8 mounting hole
  • HAE16 requires the 8061A model Tripod
