The Celestron Labs CB1000CF Compound Binocular microscope offers all the essential features you need in a lab-ready Biological microscope at an economical price. Use this microscope for observing biological specimens, samples from nature, small parts, fabric samples, and many other possibilities. This Celestron Labs CB1000CF Compound Binocular microscope is especially great for doing biological examination, because it includes an Abbe type Substage Condenser with Iris Adjustment. The 10x eyepiece and 4 objective lenses (4x, 10x, 40x, 100x) allow for magnifications of 40x, 100x, 400x, and 1000x. This CB1000CF Compound Binocular Biological microscope from Celestron has an excellent focusing mechanism with coarse and fine focus control knobs, on separate knobs for precise focus control.

NOTE: The 100x objective is an oil-immersion type lens; the product includes some immersion oil for this purpose.

Take your microscope out of the lab and there’s even a universal power cord provided for potential international use. Includes AC power / DC module with four AC adapter plugs.

The built-in adjustable halogen lamp lighting provides bright, detailed views with true-to-life colors for translucent specimens. The substage Abbe condenser with an Iris diaphragm adjustment helps the user adjust the numerical aperture of the illumination cone match the numerical aperture of the objective being used. This optimizes the possible resolution obtainable with given optics. All these features make the CB1000CF an excellent tool for labs, schools, biology, field or home use, and more.

Strong and stable thanks to its all-metal construction, this microscope features an adjustable stage with metal clips to center your specimen slides.
