Seven Position for 50 mm Square Filters
The ZWO EFW 7 X 50" is CNC machined from aircraft-grade aluminum, is only 28mm thick and weighs just 1kg! This electronic filter wheel accepts up to seven 50 mm Square filters, which are sold separately. Filters between 3 & 4 mm thick are compatible with this filter wheel.
Inside the ZWO EFW-7X50 is a quality stepper motor made by NPM in Japan. It is very reliable. The max power consumption of the EFW is about 120ma@5V, allowing you to connect it to the USB2.0 port found on ZWO cooled cameras. Once connected, make sure to install the ASCOM driver. The USB Cable is included. The wheel can be rotated either clockwise or counter clockwise for filter selection.
