Wanderer Dew Terminator - 3-Channel Dew Controller or DC Switch - WDT

The Wanderer Dew Terminator is a compact & powerful 3-channel dew heater, but it can also be used as a DC hub or DC switch!  The intelligent closed-loop controller relies on both ambient dew point temperature and dew heater temperature (you supply the dew heaters) to keep your optics dry while avoiding overheating and wasting energy.

In the Wanderer ASCOM driver, you can set the working mode of the three PWM ports to either Dew Heater or Switch.  If set to Dew Heater, it supports 255-level PWM power adjustment.  If set to Switch, it allows the DC port to work as a normal switch.  As an example, if you have three dew heaters, set all the DC ports to Dew Heater Mode.  However, if you have just one or two dew heaters to run, then you can set the other DC port or ports to Switch so that you can connect other devices to those ports.

There is also a DHT22 port that accepts a temperature & humidity sensor (included) to measure the ambient temperature and humidity as well as calculate the dew point temperature.  The Dew Terminator also comes with three temperature probes that can be used to measure the temperature of each dew heater, and each dew heater can be controlled independently from the others, either by manually adjusting the duty cycle of the PWM port from 0-255 to control the power, by setting a constant temperature you'd like the dew heater to stay at, or using Dew Point Temperature Difference Mode to m maintain a fixed value higher than the dew point.

The Dew Terminator box is super compact.  It measures 7.4 x 5.3 x 2.3cm and weighs less than 100g.  There are M6 and M4 threaded holes on the bottom of the unit to made it easy to install.  The system is resistant to low temperatures and can work normally at temps as low as -25ºC.
