The Sky-Watcher Esprit EDX series of Astrographs use three-element air-spaced optics with knife-edge baffles to deliver images equal to telescopes costing thousands of dollars more! These beautiful Super APO Triplet refractors have laboratory-matched lens assemblies that include extra-low dispersion elements for unrivaled clarity and color correction. False color is completely eliminated…you won’t believe the level of contrast and sharpness.
The exclusive linear-track rack & pinion 3.4” dual-speed rotatable focuser provides smooth, rock-solid focusing with zero image shift. The Camera Angle Adjuster at end of the focuser drawtube allows for orientation of your camera or eyepieces without needing to rotate the entire focuser.
The Sky-Watcher 120mm Esprit EDX comes with D-style mounting rings, dovetail plate, M48 camera adapter and foam-lined hard case. A two-element field corrector is available optionally, which guarantees a flat field across the entire imaging plane.
