The Sky Mentor Refractor Rack & Pinion Focuser - 2" action has no backlash problems. It rotates silently and without stickiness. It has a 3 3/8ths inches diameter interface with the telescope tube, suitable for bolting on to other refractor telescopes. Owners of telescopes with "sticky" Chinese focusers should consider this replacement!
