This ARIII filter is made expressly for the QHY MiniCam8M built-in filter wheel, which accepts specialized 19*12*1.1mm filters.
The Ar III (Argon III) filter is a narrowband filter centered around 713 nm, designed to capture the specific emission line of triply ionized argon. This emission line is commonly observed in planetary nebulae, H II regions, emission-line galaxies, and in the spectroscopy of ionized gases in laboratory plasmas.
This filter comes with a filter disc and a pair of tweezers.
