QHY Controlled Circulation Drying System - 90052

The controlled circulation drying system is an optional accessory for QHY Scientific camera models.

Compared to conventional single-port drying tube systems, the controlled circulation drying system can achieve automated, durable, and sustainable drying processes through remote computer control.

The new version of scientific cameras are equipped with two M5 threaded drying ports at the front of the camera body. These ports are used to connect a drying tube and a vacuum pump for drying the sensor chamber. The image below (using QHY600Pro I as an example) shows the location of the drying ports indicated by red dashed circles:

You can still use the single drying tube for desiccation, or you can pair it with the QHY cycling drying system (sold separately) for controlled circulation drying. Under the action of the vacuum pump, the gas in the sensor chamber is extracted through one drying port and enters the drying tube. After desiccation and filtration, it is then input back into the camera through the other drying port, creating a continuous cycle for drying.

Important:  You will need to provide your own desiccant as that type of material has shipping restrictions.
