The QHYCCD Canon EF/EOS Lens Adapter has an M42*0.75 MALE thread on one side and a Canon EF lens mount on the other.  It takes up 10mm of optical length.

This lens adapter allows you to mount a Canon EF lens on a QHY cooled CMOS camera as well as other adapters or accessories with M42 FEMALE threads.
