The iOptron Tri-PierĀ combines the strength and stability of a pier with the leveling capability and flexibility of a tripod. Ā The Tri-Pier is made of aluminum (pier and leg tops) and has stainless steel leg extensions. Ā Built-in vibration suppression pads are included. Ā ThisĀ Sri-Pier does not come with a case, and of course the faded out mount shown in sold separately.
The Tri-Pier fits these iOptron mounts:
- CEM60
- iEQ45/iEQ45 Pro
- iEQ30/iEQ30 Pro (may limit low latitude application)
- MiniTower/MiniTower II/MiniTower Pro (needs a center post), so please let us know if you are purchasing this Tri-Pier for a MiniTower)
The iOptron Tri-Pier also fits the iOptron CEM or ZEQ25, as well as other mounts by Takahashi, Software Bisque, or Astro-Physics with an optional Top Adapter plate. Ā
