Celestron Advanced VX (AVX) Computerized Equatorial Mount & Tripod

The Celestron Advanced VX (AVX) is a computerized German equatorial mount designed with astrophotography in mind. It provides accurate tracking for long-exposure imaging and includes features such as All-Star Polar Alignment, autoguider support, and programmable periodic error correction (PEC).

With a payload capacity of up to approximately 30 lb, the AVX provides a stable platform for the SV503 imaging system while still remaining portable enough for field use. Its computerized GoTo system makes locating and tracking deep-sky objects straightforward, making it a popular choice for both beginner and intermediate astrophotographers.

SVBONY SV503 ED Refractor Telescope

The SVBONY SV503 ED is an apochromatic-style ED doublet refractor designed for both visual astronomy and deep-sky astrophotography. Its extra-low-dispersion glass helps minimize chromatic aberration, producing sharper stars, improved contrast and better colour correction than a conventional achromatic refractor.

The telescope features a dual-speed rack-and-pinion focuser with fine focus control, allowing precise focusing when using DSLR, mirrorless or dedicated astronomy cameras. Its relatively compact refractor design makes it well suited to imaging nebulae, galaxies, star clusters and other deep-sky targets.

SVBONY SV193 0.8× Reducer / Field Flattener

The SVBONY SV193 0.8× Reducer and Field Flattener is designed to improve the SV503 specifically for astrophotography.

The reducer shortens the telescope's effective focal length, providing a wider field of view and faster imaging system, while the field-flattening optics help reduce curvature toward the edges of the image. The result is a larger usable imaging field with improved star shapes across the frame—particularly useful when photographing extended deep-sky objects such as nebulae and large galaxies.

SVBONY SV220 2" Dual-Band 7nm H-Alpha / OIII Filter

The SVBONY SV220 is a 2-inch dual-band narrowband astrophotography filter designed to simultaneously transmit the important H-alpha and OIII emission wavelengths while blocking a large portion of unwanted surrounding light.

With approximately 7nm bandwidths around both H-alpha and OIII, the SV220 can greatly increase contrast when photographing emission nebulae, planetary nebulae and supernova remnants. It is particularly useful when imaging from areas affected by artificial light pollution or sky glow.

The filter allows a colour astronomy camera to capture H-alpha and OIII simultaneously rather than requiring separate narrowband filters and exposures.
