This super travel-friendly high quality 30 mm f/4.5 astrograph lens from Askar can support your APS imaging as well as perform nicely as a finder, guider, or for visual use. As an astrograph, the FMA135 includes a built-in flattener along with the primary APO triplet lens (one of which is made of ED glass) system. The flattener also contains three elements and allows for sharp images to the edges of the field as well as contributing to reducing chromatic aberrations.
The Askar FMA135 has a focal length of 135mm and will perform wonderfully well as a manual lens. There is a male M42x0.75 male thread on the rear of the lens that will work for most APS astronomy cameras as well as DSLR's with the manufacturer-specific adapter (sold separately). A 1.25" visual adapter (included) will allow the insertion of 1.25" eyepieces.
The front end of the FMA135 has 1.25" female threads to accept 1.25" filters. A tube ring with Vixen-style foot comes with the astrograph lens, ready to be attached to a variety of equipment.
