Askar 107PHQ - 107 mm f/7 Quadruplet Air Spaced Astrograph - 107PHQ

The Askar 130PHQ is a long focal ratio, flat field quadruplet astrograph. Instead of buying extra flatteners, calculating the back focus for your flattener and then adding extensions or adapters to match the calculated distance, astrophotographers can simply equip the Askar 107PHQ with any imaging device, keep the target in focus, and then the whole optical system is ready for imaging. 

The 107PHQ has an aperture of 107 mm,  a focal ratio of f/7, and a focal length of 749mm. The quadruplet lens with two ED glasses offers excellent control of chromatic and other aberrations. With its self-flattening design, the Askar 107PHQ Astrograph offers strong advantages in astronomical imaging. It supports a 44mm image circle, has a fine spot diagram with just a tiny distortion of the peripheral stars, and its central RMS radius is only 3 microns.

This beautiful 107mm quad refractor comes with a telescopic lens hood, a high quality CNC machined and painted tube and attractive decorative parts. The 3.4" rigid focuser supports a load of 8kg and has a long travel distance of 95 mm.  It comes with M68, M54, and M48 adapters and a finder base on board.  The included 300 mm Vixen-style dovetail plate, together with a sturdy double tube ring and case, is perfectly suited for viewing and imaging.
