Covid 19 Prevention: Curbside-Pick up and Shipping Policies

AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS REGARDING CURBSIDE PICK-UP AND SHIPPING 

Covid 19 has impacted us all in an unprecedented manner.

One of the positive side effects is that we have been able to spend more time with our loved ones.  That's great because it now also gives you the opportunity to share your interest or passion of the night sky with others.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP:
Presently, we are offering Curbside Pick-up. That means you can place your orders online and pick-them up at our store.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email message confirming we have received your order. Please read it carefully and follow the instructions.. (Please check your junk mail and spam messages if you do not see one).

Stock and availability of the item(s) you have ordered will be confirmed as well as a pick-up time range.

SHIPPING

We have experienced that shipments from suppliers are taking longer than normal. This may result in slower deliveries to you as well. While we do stock and maintain a large inventory of items it also means that items being replenished may take longer to arrive to you.

In addition, we have been advised by customers that Canada Post whilst doing the best they are able, are understaffed and they cannot guarantee normal delivery times.

We also use UPS and Canpar, and Loomis courier services.

Your patience is appreciated 

Phone & Email Correspondence
To maintain social distancing, we are also operating with few staff members.
Phone calls and emails may take longer than normal to respond too.

Repair Services (Telescopes & Microscopes)
If you require repairs, parts or service for your telescope we are here to help.
We offer curbside service for you to drop off your instrument.

Khan Scope Centre has been in operation since 1986.  We thank you for your support and appreciate your patience during these difficult times.
We are working harder than ever to and we look forward to returning to business as usual at some point  (re-opening our bricks and mortar Retail store) in the near future.
