*Important Note:  The flat panel size you choose should be greater than (but close to the same size) of your telescope's dew shield.  Please measure carefully.

The Wanderer White Dwarf Flat Panel is designed to capture flat frames for astrophotography by providing an evenly lit white surface that mitigates the effect of vignetting and the shadows that may be created by dust on the optics.  

White Dwarf flat panel models are used manually by holding them in front of your optics, saving you the cost of motorization.  They do come with a dimmer to adjust the brightness of the panel, however....more about that later.  If you prefer a motorized flat panel, Wanderer makes those, too!  We've listed the same size motorized options below in the recommended accessories section.

The Wanderer Astro White Dwarf flat panel produces ultra high flat light brightness of less than 1 second for 3nm H-Alpha in f/7.  

No flicker!

A reliable DC5521 power input port is easy to connect to and the hollow handle design is ergonomic and user-friendly.  A 1 meter long DC5521 cable is included.

The included dimmer box was designed for use with the White Dwarf.  It has two levels of voltage combined with a dimming knob that operates without stepping.  The dimming range is an incredible 10 F stops!
