Carrier Companies: We do not guarantee delivery dates.  We provide you a tracking number of your shipment so
you are able to estimate delivery times.
Holiday Season: Expect Delivery delays due to high shipment volumes.
Our best advice is to order early. 

As an alternative, we do offer Store  pick-up service.. Simply choose the Store  pick-up option when placing your order online.

Please present a copy of your paid order either on paper or electronically when picking up goods at our Toronto location.
