The Meade Glass White-Light Solar Filter model 950 is a safe and easy-to-use accessory for your existing telescope which allows you to view a white light image of the Sun.
This model of the Glass White-Light Solar Filter from Meade has an inside diameter of 241mm (9.5") and is designed to fit telescope tubes with outside diameters of 232mm to 238mm. The Solar Filter easily and quickly attaches to the front of your telescope tube, and is secured in place with one or more screws having knurled heads for easy adjustment.
This Meade Glass White-Light Solar Filter model 950 will fit the LX90 8", the LX200 8", the LX70 8", and the LightSwitch 8" scopes.
