The Meade Glass White-Light Solar Filter model 500 is a safe and easy-to-use accessory for your existing telescope which allows you to view a white light image of the Sun.
This model of the Glass White-Light Solar Filter from Meade has an inside diameter of 127mm (5") and is designed to fit telescope tubes with outside diameters of 118mm to 124mm. The Solar Filter easily and quickly attaches to the front of your telescope tube, and is secured in place with one or more screws having knurled heads for easy adjustment.
This Meade Glass White-Light Solar Filter model 500 will fit the Polaris 90, or the StarNavigator NG90 Maksutov scopes.
