This Luna Optics Remote Pressure Switch for Extended Range IR Illuminators is a convenient and very easy to set up and use remote switch to operate your existing Extended Range IR Illuminator from Luna Optics. It is made for use with all the 2020 Extended Range IR Illuminator products from Luna Optics. It consists of a switch module and an activator (switch) Tailcap which are interconnected by a coiled-cord electronic cable.

The Remote Pressure Switch for Extended Range IR Illuminators from Luna Optics is a simple remote switch allowing for remote operation of the illuminator. It may be used with the LN-EIR850-2, LN-EIR850-3, LN-EIR940-2, LN-EIR940-3, LN-ELIR-2, LN-ELIR-3, and also all of Luna's legacy IR illuminator models sold between 2006 and 2019.

It is easy to attach this switch to the Illuminator and another device and small Velcro pads are included with each unit for convenience. It saves your battery life because it only activates the IR Illuminator while the Pressure Button is being depressed. A photo shows how the Remote Switch is used in an application example with an existing IR Illuminator.
