The Equatorial Head case includes brackets for securing the complete head assembly and declination shaft. A pouch for the hand control is included. The case includes two lockable latches, one steel-reinforced handle and a 2" by 22" steel hinge.
Outside dimensions of the Equatorial Head case are approximately 26-3/8" x 16-5/8" x 7-1/2" and its empty weight is approximately 9.8 lb. The shipping box is approximately 29-1/4" x 17-1/4" x 9-1/2" (FedEx Ground dimensional weight is 30 lb) and the shipping weight is approximately 11.8 lb.
