TeleGizmos Truss Tube Dob Cover - 18"-20" f/5 - Low Park Position - Two Connected Components

This TeleGizmos Truss Tube Dob Cover is designed to fit an 18" to 20" f/5 Truss Tube Dobsonian Scope in a low park position. It has two main connected components. The Tube section is 72", Rocker length 37", total 100". The Rocker section is 37" square; Tube 37" at Rocker tapering to 25" at the top of UTA.  A 1" web strap with a heavy duty adjustable cam lock is provided for additional cover securing or attachment to hold down weights.

Designed to give the best possible fit, these covers have two main connected components: The main tube section is four connected tapered panels, the narrowest point starting at the UTA and then gradually widening to the point of attachment at the rocker box. The rocker section of the cover is box shaped to conform to the general shape of the rocker. All connection seam points are double lapped and micro-stitched. The resulting seam is highly resistant to moisture penetration to assure your scope will stay dry under even the hardest rain.

TeleGizmos' solar radiant barrier material is a proprietary structure unlike any other scope cover material available. It is not Mylar. The internal aluminized radiant barrier is pure aluminum applied through a dispersion process that is accurately controlled for consistency. The fibrous webbing imbedded in this solar material creates a strong tear and stretch resistance foundation. All this is built into multiple layers of polyethylene.

Their 365 Series outer canvas is the finest, ultra high weave count, acrylic coated material available in a telescope cover. It has been rigorously tested to meet The American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards.
