The Antares EP1-V 1.25" Variable Projection to DSLR T-Ring Camera Adapter is multi-purpose. It is a combination camera adapter for 1.25" that allows for both direct and variable-extension eyepiece-projection photography. It can be used either way. For Direct photography, just attach your DSLR camera via an appropriate T-Ring (you provide) and adjust the extension length to suit. For eyepiece-projection photography, place your selected eyepiece inside and secure it with the screw, then focus accordingly. Threaded for filters.
