Hello  {!firstname},

I really enjoy observing the Planets and hopefully you do too.

I just never tire of them.  (Unlike reruns of  Madmen or episodes of Skippy the Bush Kangaroo when I was young).

And lately, we've had the good fortune to observe several and this will continue for several weeks.

For example, the planet Mercury, which is elusive most of the year will be visible on May 25th in the
evening sky.

Venus, is an early morning sky object right now for you early risers.

Mars, is visible in the evening sky in May and June.  A bright, reddish hue.

If you haven't seen Jupiter this year, you best hurry, 'cos it's going to disappear towards the end of May.

When observing planets casually, one of the most annoying things I find, is switching eyepieces.

You've got to refocus, and fiddle with the eyepiece, and it simply isn't fun.

That all changed.

Generally, I am not a fan of any zoom eyepiece because I've always imagined the optics will be comprimised.

However, that's not the case with the Baader.

Dr. Baader did some very clever designing with this eyepiece:  This dude is brilliant!

*  Built in 2 inch and 1.25 dual barrels.

* compatible with CCD imaging cameras, via a built in t adaptor system

* positive click stop system, as you go from 8mm to 24mm focal lengths.

*Greaseless rotation system.  Works well in all weather conditions.

* Rubber eyeguard rest (perfect for eyeglass wearers like myself)

*Optics and coatings that really are the best....no comprimise here!

Best of all, it's priced sensibly at only $321.

That's less than the price of one decent quality eyepiece in another brand.

I'm so sure that you will like this eyepiece, that I'll personally guarantee it.

 Clear Skies,

Ray "Zoom Zoom" Khan
